Guest Rooms
All guest rooms offer private baths and
a beautiful view of the harbor and hence cooling breezes during the warmer months. Opened year-round, guests are
served a delicious full country breakfast either on the front porch overlooking the harbor or in the formal dining
room. Newspapers are provided for your convenience.
Each
guest room is furnished with a television, air conditioning, a supply of good books, as well as sea breezes and
the sound of waves lapping against the shoreline. All rates include breakfast, newspaper, and afternoon refreshments.
Rates are subject NYS tax.
Weekend rates are listed below. (Two night minimum on weekends.)

"The Enchanted Cottage" has been totally renovated and provides a very romantic setting for that very
special get- away. The bedroom has a wonderful four poster bed, an antique armoire,TV and DVD player and an ensuite
bathroom. The living room has high ceilings, a fireplace, a convertible queen size sofa, comfortable armchairs,
a table, large HD LCD TV,A/C and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer for clothes. The
screened porch is glassed in during the cooler months, has a ceiling fan and wonderful views of the garden. Room
