| Guest Rooms All guest rooms offer private baths and a beautiful view of the harbor and hence cooling breezes during the warmer months. Opened year-round, guests are served a delicious full continental breakfast either on the front porch overlooking the harbor or in the formal dining room. Newspapers are provided for your convenience. Each guest room is furnished with a television, air conditioning, a supply of good books, as well as sea breezes and the sound of waves lapping against the shoreline. All rates include breakfast, newspaper, and afternoon refreshments. Rates are subject to NYS tax. Weekend rates are listed below. (Two night minimum on weekends.) The Harbor Room
