Guest Policies & Rates at Harbor Knoll  We are a non-smoking inn. - Open year-round.

Columbus Day - Open New Year's Eve for Greenport's First Night Celebrations.
- Closed Thanksgiving weekend (November 27-December 1), Christmas week (December 23-25).
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Deposit of 1/2 the total amount required to confirm reservation. All major credit cards accepted.
- CANCELATION POLICY:
A fifty percent deposit is required to confirm your room reservation. The fifty percent balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Full payment in advance is required for a single night. Harbor Knoll is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. A one night or fifty percent deposit on multiple night stays is required to confirm your room reservation. The fifty percent balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $30 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
While Harbor Knoll will make every reasonable effort to re-rent canceled room or rooms for which reservations had been made, guest's request and acceptance of a guaranteed room reservation constitute a binding contract between guest and Harbor Knoll.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Weekends require a two day minimum stay during high season, April 1st - November 30th and some holiday periods. - Check-in time: 3-6 p.m. If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements, failure to check in or call by 6:00 p.m. on the day scheduled may be treated as a cancellation. There is no refund for early departure.
