Guest Policies & Rates at Harbor Knoll
 We are a non-smoking inn.
- Open year-round.
- Two-night minimum in season.
- Three-night minimum holiday weekends:
Presidents' Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Columbus Day
- Open New Year's Eve for Greenport's First Night Celebrations.
- Closed Thanksgiving weekend (November 27-December 1), Christmas week
(December 23-29).
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- Deposit of 1/2 the total amount required to confirm reservation. All
major credit cards accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Deposit returned, less a $30 cancellation fee,
provided we receive notice 14 days prior to stay.
- Check-in time: 3-8 p.m.
- Checkout time: requested by 11:00 a.m.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Buckley, our King Charles Spaniel,
would not approve!
