Harbor Knoll Guest Policies

Allow us to make your stay the most pleasurable experience possible. Harbor Knoll is open from May 1st through November. An all-season paradise on Peconic Bay.

• Check-in time: 3 - 6 pm. Please contact us for late arrival.
• Check-out time: 11:00 am.
• Three-night minimum stays during the week & weekends July - September.
• If you want to stay Saturday you must also book Friday.
• Three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends:
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Columbus Day
• Full access to our private beach, gardens, and a heated pool, open seasonally from 10 am - 2 pm
• No pets or children under 12 are allowed except in the cottage.
• Harbor Knoll is a non-smoking inn.
• Deposit of half the total amount required to confirm the reservation.
• All major credit cards are accepted.
• Cancellation policy: Deposit returned, less a $30 cancellation fee for rooms and $100 for the cottage, provided we receive notice 30 days prior to stay. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of the reservation, you are responsible for the full amount of the period reserved. We will always do our best to rerent a room and if we do so, your charge will be refunded.
